Edit/delete a contact

Editing/deleting a contact, including editing/deleting supported individuals, may involve editing/deleting the contact's name or their profile or both. 

Edit/delete a contact's name

This is done from the People list. Note: A contact's name appearing in the Profiles list is still edited in the People list.

Edit a contact's profile 

For Administrators/Managers, there are two options:

  1. From the All tab, click on a contact's name. Click edit in the Person Details section.
  2. Go to the Contact Manager. Locate a contact by entering their last name in the Search. Click on the person's name in the returned Search results to open their record. Click edit below Person Details.
  3. Go to the Profiles list.

Staff can edit an individual's profile from the Individual Details page.

Delete a contact 

Contacts are deleted first from the Profiles list, then from the People list.
