Please note: The ShareVision Support package includes
unlimited telephone and email support for one designated primary
administrator from your organization. This means that all Support questions
from your team should be directed to this person, who may then contact
ShareVision Support for assistance. At your earliest convenience, please email
us your designated administrator’s name and contact information. We also request
that you notify your project manager or our Support team of any replacements,
leave, vacations, etc., whether temporary or permanent. It’s important
for us to maintain current records so that we are able to verify current
administrators and help protect your site against unauthorized access when we
are contacted by other users from your organization.
ShareVision Support covers general ShareVision questions and responds to
urgent issues. The most efficient way to reach us is via the online support
form. Response time is within one business day.
Designated ShareVision administrators can visit Your Internal Support Site to view your
active Support items and monitor the progress of your customization requests.
It's a sub-site of your main ShareVision site and is accessible from
All Site
Content>Sites and Workspaces section.
